☕ GLP-1 Update: Turning the Dial Up a Notch
Well friends, I finally increased my GLP-1 dose.
If you’ve been following along, you know my journey hasn’t exactly been one of those dramatic “lost 20 pounds overnight” stories. In fact, lately it has felt a little more like watching paint dry. 😅
The scale hasn’t moved much, but I have been working out more, staying consistent, and trying not to let frustration take over. Some days that’s easier than others.
So after talking it through and weighing my options, I decided it was time to increase my dose and see if my body needs a little extra help.
I’m hopeful, but I’m also trying to keep realistic expectations. I’ve learned that this journey isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about improving my health, building better habits, and staying committed even when progress feels slow.
For now, the plan is simple:
💕 Keep moving my body💕 Keep making better choices💕 Keep showing up💕 Keep trusting the process
And maybe… just maybe… convince my scale that we’re on the same team. 😂
As always, I’ll keep you posted on how things go.
In the meantime, you’ll find me drinking my coffee, loving on Goose and Meadow, and trying to remember that progress doesn’t always happen as quickly as we’d like.
