It’s Been a Few Weeks… So Here’s the Real Update

Okay… it’s been a few weeks since my last update, and I figured it was time to check back in.
Because let’s be honest…
This is the part everyone actually wants to know:
👉 Is anything happening or not?
The Honest Truth
It hasn’t been dramatic.
No overnight transformation.
No “wow, everything is different” moment.
But…
It’s also not nothing.
What I Am Noticing
Here’s what’s quietly changed:
- I’m still eating less (and it feels more natural now)
- I’m not constantly thinking about food
- I get full faster and actually stop
And that part?
That’s different.
The Scale & Progress
This is where I keep having to check myself.
Because it’s not fast.
It’s not exciting.
But it’s also not going backwards.
And I’m starting to realize…

Let’s Talk About Real Life 😅
Because this isn’t just GLP-1 anymore.
At this point I’ve got:
- the medication
- hormones
- sleep stuff
- life happening
So it’s not like one switch flipped and everything changed overnight.
And Yes… The Mouthguard Situation
Still not my favorite.
Still something I’m “working on.”
Still very much a love/hate (mostly hate 😅)
The Biggest Shift
Honestly?
It’s mental.
I’m not obsessing over food the way I used to.
And I didn’t realize how much space that was taking up until it wasn’t.
What I’m Learning
This isn’t:

It is:
✔ slow
✔ steady
✔ real
Final Thoughts (A Few Weeks In)
I don’t feel like a completely different person.
But I also don’t feel stuck anymore.
